Novel T's Reunion Ordering Service Makes Planning EZ!!

Novel T’s Reunion Ordering Service is designed to be a free and easy way for reunion coordinators to eliminate the burden and stress of collecting funds and organizing orders.

Here’s how it works. Novel T’s will create a custom letter with a detachable order form for your reunion. The letter and order form can be accompanied by other reunion correspondence if you wish.

The order form will include items of your choosing and pricing for each. The custom letter will also provide order deadlines and instructions on how to complete the order.

Reunion participants can now order directly from Novel T’s. Additionally, they can pay for their items online, by telephone, in-person, or by USPS using cash, check, money order, credit card, PayPal, or Cash App.

After the deadline, Novel T’s produces the order and provides the coordinator with an accurate record of each participant’s order. Any funds collected over the amount needed to produce the order are refunded to the coordinator. The refund can be used to pay for things like other reunion expenses, additional souvenirs, or compensation to coordinators.

The Novel T’s Reunion Ordering Service eliminates the hassle and responsibility of collecting orders from participants in time for deadlines, the costs of over-ordering, and the need for estimating sizes. Each participant will be responsible for ordering their own items, thus eliminating a major source of stress for the coordinator.
